Rachel has a Master of Business Administration degree from Meredith College. She oversees all accounting functions for the partnerships and assists the auditor each year to ensure correct financial reporting for each tax credit apartment site.
Shelly joined United Property Management, LLC. in January 2007. Shelly has a BA in Communication with a minor in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She assists Fred Mills in his day to day tasks, in addition to working with United Property Management.
Shelly has worked in property management since 2002, starting as a Leasing Consultant and working her way up to Property Manager.
She has earned designations as a National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association, in addition to extensive Fair Housing training.
Greg joined United Property Management, LLC. in January 2006. Greg has a BS in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from North Carolina State University. He is responsible for processing the applications for all of the properties, while following applicable tax credit laws and guidelines. Greg is TaCCs certified, and he also attends NCHFA tax credit and RPP training workshops regularly.
Amanda joined United Property Management, LLC. in May 2005. She assists the compliance, development, and accounting departments in their day to day tasks.
Jennifer joined United Property Management, LLC. in March 2007. Jennifer is pursuing an Accounting degree at North Carolina State University and plans to graduate in 2009. She assists the accounting, compliance, and development departments in their day to day tasks.
